The First and Last Mile Problem

Dubai Metro is fast, cheap and reliable. But your home is 2.4 km from Al Rigga station. Your office is 1.8 km from Financial Centre station. Walking that in July at 45°C isn’t happening. The Metro solves 80% of your commute but leaves the hardest 20% — the first mile from home and the last mile from station to workplace. A dedicated Metro feeder car lift closes that gap for the cost of a coffee per day.

Why “Metro + Feeder” Beats Pure Car Commute

Let’s compare a Sharjah Al Nahda → DIFC commute in real 2026 numbers:

Same cost, but Metro adds 30 min of your day back for reading, working, resting — vs sitting stressed in Dubai traffic. That’s the real win.

Popular Feeder Routes We Run

Al Nahda Sharjah ↔ Union Metro Feeder

Shared 7-seater loops between Al Nahda residential clusters and Union Metro every 15 min from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Return service 5:00–8:30 PM.

Monthly: AED 250 (unlimited daily use). Single trip: AED 8.

Al Warqa ↔ Rashidiya Metro

Shared van pickup from Al Warqa apartment clusters to Rashidiya (Red Line terminal). Monthly: AED 220.

International City ↔ Etisalat Metro

The classic — bus takes 45 min, our feeder takes 15 min. Monthly: AED 280.

Discovery Gardens / Furjan ↔ Ibn Battuta Metro

Short 2 km hop most Careem drivers hate because it’s low value. Perfect for a shared feeder loop. Monthly: AED 180.

Silicon Oasis ↔ Rashidiya Metro (or Business Bay)

DSO residents needing Metro access. Monthly: AED 300 to Rashidiya, AED 450 direct to Business Bay Metro.

Karama / Satwa ↔ ADCB Metro or Al Fahidi Metro

Short walk normally but painful in summer. AED 5 per single ride, AED 150 monthly.

Al Barsha ↔ Sharaf DG Metro (Purple / Red intersection)

Al Barsha residents avoiding the Mall of Emirates traffic. Monthly: AED 220.

Office-Side Metro Drop

The reverse also works — get off at DIFC Metro, we drop you at the actual office tower:

How the Shared Feeder Works

  1. You WhatsApp your home address + preferred Metro station
  2. We add you to an existing shared van loop (or create one if 4+ people match your route)
  3. Van follows a fixed 3–5 stop route to Metro station
  4. You board Metro; van returns to pick up next loop
  5. Return trip: hop off Metro, van waits at scheduled time slot

Ladies-Only Feeder Vans

Certain routes run female-driver shared vans (Al Nahda–Union, International City–Etisalat). Extra AED 30/month. Advance booking recommended.

Cabin Crew Feeder — Roster-Locked

Emirates and flydubai cabin crew often live in Al Barsha and Discovery Gardens with early-morning airport check-ins. Metro isn’t running at 3 AM. Our airport feeder connects to the crew shuttle at Rashidiya or direct to DXB. See our cabin crew guide.

Corporate Feeder Contracts

Some employers subsidise the Metro feeder as part of transport allowance. We invoice the employer monthly per employee:
